Sunday, May 17, 2015. When I moved here last summer, I made sure to visit the library first thing, and get connected to Story Hour. Judging from my experience in NJ, I knew I would find other mom friends there. I had no idea, of course, just how much a weekly visit to the library would enrich our lives. Thursday, October 17, 2013. My son is constantly driving little cars around the house. He lays on the floor and pushes them around the living room and up the hall. A couple weeks ago I decided he needed a car track to cruise around. I scavenged a piece of chipboard from the garage and routed the edges. Ryan cut scrap boards into little block houses and each kiddo painted one. The girls also painted two blocks as a school and a store. Painting is very serious business.

God has given you a gift. Whatever it may be, it is your responsibility to use it, learn more about it, become as proficient at it as possible. Saturday, January 20, 2018. Snow and Cold and Sun. I made this same quilt a few months ago for my niece. And how are you doing this frosty day? This week we were blanketed with at least 3 inches of fluffy, beautiful,snow. Schools were closed for three days and the streets were so icy that a curfew was actually issued.
